South Tuscany - villa private pool

The villa is located on a hill, with a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding hill and mountain landscape, about 5 km from the village of Radicofani. The location gives the guests a lot of privacy as there are no other houses directly around the villa. It is an ideal starting point to enjoy the quiet location and to make trips by car (the A1 Florence-Rome motorway is 25 km away) to beautiful cities such as Siena, Montepulciano, Orvieto, Viterbo, Perugia, etc. The villa was originally a farmhouse that has been carefully restored using rustic building materials to maintain the local style. It is suitable for max 10/12 people. It consists of 2 buildings, the largest with kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has a large covered terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining. A barbecue is available next to the terrace. The dependance, near the swimming pool, consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double sofa bed) and 2 bathrooms (one of which is suitable for wheelchair users). The 12x6 meter swimming pool is for the private use of the tenant. There is also a small wellness center with hydromassage, sensory showers and relaxation area (music).
Restaurants, supermarket and other shops are available in the village of Radicofani (5 km from the villa).

VILLA: Ground floor: living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
COTTAGE: Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of which is wheelchair accessible)
There is air conditioning in all 5 bedrooms, in the living room, dining room / kitchen (dining room and kitchen are connected, so one space...the AC split is in the dining room).
