The location is a perfect base for those who want to discover Umbria. The most important cultural and religious centers of Umbria (Orvieto, Todi, Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Spoleto) can be reached by car in about an hour.
It is a house with a fully fenced garden and a private pool. The entire property is exclusively for the tenant. The pool is 10 by 4 meters, with Roman steps, and has a depth of 1.50 meters throughout. The pool is surrounded by parasols and sun loungers.
The house can accommodate 10 people (5 bedrooms with a double bed of 200x160 cm) and a baby cot is also available. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The house has been completely renovated with typical Umbrian materials and the décor is in local style. In the garden there is a large table for 10 people for outdoor dining and a barbecue. Free Wi-Fi internet connection available (90 Mb/s download and 12 Mb/s upload).
On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with a dining table for 10 people and 2 seating areas. From one of these seating areas you have a view of the garden and the surrounding landscape. There is also an open, well-equipped kitchen (large fridge with separate freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, wine cellar, gas stove with 5 burners). Next to the sitting area is a toilet with washing machine. On the same floor you will find 2 bedrooms with a double bed and in between a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a living room and access to a terrace with lounge set and views of the village of Castelleone.
In the village of Deruta, 4 km from the property, you will find supermarkets and other shops. You will also find bars and restaurants. We recommend Posta dei Donini (in San Martino in Campo), La Costiera (also pizza and fish), Locanda del Bracconiere and Enjoy (for pizza). Deruta is also known for its excellent pottery, world famous.
