You will stay in a recently restored farmhouse with authentic stone walls. There are two floors and a fireplace. Outside there are 2 terraces with views of Todi, but you can also use the pool terrace or the terrace above the pool with 180 degree views over the Tiber Valley.

The other house on the site was recently renovated with sustainability in mind. There are 36 solar panels, a water recycling system, a charging station and we deliberately do not use air conditioning.

The house has 1 bedroom, which can sleep 2 adults. There is room to put a baby cot in the bedroom. There is also the option to rent an additional room in the owner's large house, so that you can enjoy your holiday with 4 adults. Of course, in consultation. The facilities in the house are adapted to 4 adults.

The house is surrounded by olive groves and there is a swimming pool that is open from May to October.

On our property there is an olive grove with approximately 300 trees. The olive harvest is at the end of October/November and you can help if you want. There are also fruit trees that you can pick from for your own use depending on the season.

There are many animals to see around the house, such as wild boars, foxes, hares and occasionally a deer or a porcupine. In summer the nightingale sings and there are bee-eaters. At dusk the owls emerge.

Monte Castello di Vibio is a 15-minute walk away, a centuries-old village (dating back to Roman times) with a medieval appearance, where the smallest theater in Italy is located; built in 1808 and used occasionally. There is a bar, Caffè Central, with the most beautiful terrace in Umbria, where you have a breathtaking view of Todi and you can enjoy it all day long. There is also a bakery, ATM, pharmacy, supermarket and 2 restaurants.

Dogs under roll call are welcome. The owner also has a quiet dog.

We bought this wonderful place over 12 years ago. We then started to restore and renovate everything in phases. We have a beautiful nature house (rental) and a converted farm (owner) surrounded by a lovely olive grove and a fruit orchard with various fruit trees. Everything has been sustainably renovated to modern standards. We use solar cells and reuse all the water as much as possible. Peace, nature, culture, food and drinks are central. A presto Bass

Explanation of prices

The rental price is based on two people. A surcharge of €50.00 per person per night applies for the 3rd and 4th person. The room in the owner's B&B (at the same location) will then be opened.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
