The holiday home is located in south/central Umbria, 6 km from the village of Castel dell'Aquila and 5 km from Melezzole. It has a hilly position with panoramic views. The house has a garden and swimming pool for the private use of the tenant. The swimming pool is 10x5 meters and has Roman steps. The entire property is for the private use of the tenant. The 2nd building 20 meters north belongs to the property and is inhabited. So you have 100% privacy. The large covered terrace has tables and chairs for dining al fresco while enjoying the panorama. A barbecue is also available for cooking (the outdoor oven shown in the photos cannot be used as it can be easily damaged if not used correctly). There is a gazebo with tables and chairs poolside. The house is suitable for a maximum of 5 persons. The house has 2 bedrooms, the largest has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, there is room for a cot. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be joined on request. The living room has a sofa bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. There are mosquito nets on all windows. In the village of Melezzole (5 km away) there is a small supermarket, bakery, butcher's shop and bar. In the village of Castel dell'Aquila (6 km away) there are 1 supermarket, 2 small food shops, 1 bakery, 2 bar and pharmacy. More shops are available in the villages of Avigliano Umbro (8.5 km) and Amelia (20 km). The nearest restaurant (Semiramide) is 2.5 km away just outside the village of Melezzole.
