The villa is ideally located to visit Umbria, southern Tuscany, Rome and northern Lazio. From the property, you can reach the Rome-Florence motorway in about 25 minutes by car. The train station of Orvieto is 25 Km away, from Orvieto you can reach Rome and Florence by train in about an hour and a half. The villa is located 500m from the charming village of Montecchio in a hilly position, from the garden you can enjoy the beautiful panorama over the valley of Tevere and the village of Montecchio itself. It features a garden with swimming pool, all for the private use of the tenant. Ping pong and table football are also available. The house is suitable for up to 6 people. The ground floor consists of: covered terrace, living room, dining room with table and chairs for 6, kitchen with table and chairs for 6, bedroom with double bed, bathroom. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with 2 single beds, both with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms, living room with divan. Baby bed and high chair available on request. The covered terrace (overlooking the village) has table and chairs for outdoor dining. For cooking, 2 barbecues are available (wood and charcoal). In the village of Montecchio (500 meters from the villa) there are the following shops: bar, bakery, butcher, supermarket, grocery, pharmacy. There is a large supermarket on the road to the house next to the exit of the motorway at Orvieto (after the exit turn right, at the first roundabout you will see the Coop on the right side of the road), open every day from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm and on Sundays from 9 am to 8 pm. Recommended restaurants La Perla and Kilometro 0 (in the center of the village), Sala della Comitessa (Baschi, 11 kms), Casa Vissani (Baschi, 11 kms... but very expensive), Il fontanile (7 km).
