This former, typical Italian family kitchen, twenty meters from our house, was converted a few years ago into a studio with a modern bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The original kitchen with granite countertops has remained largely intact. The traditional fireplace has also been preserved.
In front of the studio is a terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The house has a private pool that you can use.
It is an ideal spot for those seeking tranquility, nature lovers and hikers.
The authentic Umbrian mountain village with all amenities, including two cafes and a restaurant, is a seven minute drive (5km).
