Beautiful apartment with swimming pool

- The house is located on a low-traffic forest road (strada bianca), which provides a lot of peace and privacy.
Upstairs there are two carports, illuminated at night with twilight switch and motion detector. The house is slightly lower and away from the forest road.

- Accessibility by car, but also via the nearby Perugia airport (Transavia from Rotterdam, April to October, Ryanair from Brussels, April to October), Rome (several airlines via Rome Fiumicino or Ciampino) and other airports further away.

- The upstairs apartment has two double bedrooms with an attached bathroom. Furthermore, a single room and guest toilet. From the spacious living room and the cozy kitchen you have access to a large balcony with a beautiful panorama of the valley of Perugia and Assisi.

- The ground floor apartment has one double bedroom. Furthermore, a bedroom with a bunk bed, where a separate bed is available to place. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. Furthermore, the apartment has a bathroom and a kitchen.

- Both apartments are rented as a whole. There is therefore no separate rental of the upstairs or downstairs apartment. So complete privacy guaranteed. For example, the house is very suitable for two families or a somewhat larger family.

During the hot days in the summer season, the swimming pool is a wonderful place to relax. In addition, the location of the house makes it an excellent base to discover the culture and nature of the beautiful Italian region. Rome and Florence are also not too far away and easily accessible for a day trip by car or train (from stations such as Assisi, Foligno or Spoleto)
