Beautiful apartment with swimming pool

- The house is located on a low-traffic forest road (strada bianca), which means a lot of peace and privacy.
There are two carports upstairs, illuminated at night with a twilight switch and motion detector. The house is slightly lower and away from the forest road.

- Accessibility by car, but also via the nearby Perugia airport (Transavia from Rotterdam, April to October, Ryanair from Brussels, April to October), Rome (several airlines via Rome Fiumicino or Ciampino) and others further away airports.

- The upstairs apartment has two double bedrooms with an attached bathroom. Furthermore, a single room and guest toilet. From the spacious living room and the cozy kitchen you have access to a large balcony with a beautiful panorama of the valley of Perugia and Assisi.

- The downstairs apartment has one double bedroom. Furthermore, a bedroom with a bunk bed, where a separate bed is available to place. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment also has a bathroom and a kitchen.

- Both apartments are rented as one unit. There is therefore no separate rental of the upper or lower apartment. So complete privacy for the tenant is guaranteed.

During the hot days in the summer season, the swimming pool is a wonderful place to relax. In addition, due to its location, the house is an excellent base for discovering the culture and nature of the beautiful Italian region. Rome and Florence are also not too far away and for a day trip, for example, easily accessible by car or train (from stations such as Assisi, Foligno or Spoleto)
