Summers can be hot in Umbria. Fortunately, the house is pleasantly cool and you can cool off in the 'biolaghetto', a large swimming pond. Neither chlorine nor salt is used. The water is purified with plants that are planted in a separate area. So you don't have to be afraid of aquatic plants between
the toes. 

In seventh heaven, outside the sounds of nature, you will find absolute peace and quiet, good for perfect relaxation.
The owners also live here and are happy to help with any questions. The site has no neighbors.

The house consists of two self-contained units, Da Nonna (4 beds) and Vista sul mare (4 beds plus 2 mattresses if desired).
As a whole, it is ideal for 6-8 people. There are 8 beds; two of them are located on a mezzanine of Da Nonna, which is in open connection with one of the two living rooms and is accessible via a rather steep staircase. For young adults and older children no problem at all, but for some older people it may not be so easy.
There is a cot available. In addition, we can put down 2 extra mattresses on the upper room of Vista sul Mare on request.
In the end, you will have room for 8-10 people. If you need more space and/or a lower occupancy density, we can also offer you 'il Serafino', a modest studio for 2 people elsewhere in the park with an astonishing view over the new swimming pond, vista sul lago actually. Please contact us about this.

The house is decorated with an eye for detail: a mix of modern and vintage furniture. There's some art on the walls; Also in the park, which is at your disposal except for a small part, there are numerous art objects.
There is a wood burning stove in addition to central heating.
In the kitchen there is plenty of crockery and cutlery, well-cutting knives, a functioning pepper mill, garlic press, etc. We have tried to avoid all the annoyance about houses that we once rented ourselves. You can safely leave the box with knives, frying pans, etc. at home and perform your culinary delights here.

The bedrooms are equipped with 1-person beds, which we can put together at will. Of course, there are plenty of duvets and bed linen (1 set per person per week). The same applies to towels: a set of 2 towels of a good size per person per week. We don't want to burden the environment with unnecessary laundry. After all, your body is clean when you dry yourself off or get into bed.
If you nevertheless need more bed and/or bath linen, we will make it available at an additional cost. You will have to bring a beach towel.

There are three bathrooms. The bathrooms are simple, but functional. Everything you need is in it: shower, sink, bidet, toilet. One bathroom does not have a bidet.

There is plenty of garden furniture, which you can put anywhere. However, we do ask you to handle it carefully and put it back at the end of your stay, where you found it.
We also ask you to respect the peace and privacy of any other guests and of the owners.

You can stay here and take care of yourself, but if you want we can provide bread for you.
Twice a week you can also join the 'tavola per ospiti' for a 4-course dinner with heavenly dishes and wine (30€ p.p.).

'Al settimo cielo' we also organize creative and culinary courses. For example, we can organize a cooking workshop for you. We would like to hear this about three weeks before arrival. The same goes for ceramic decorating.
We can also provide creative material. Even a teacher can be arranged. We would like to know that a month or two before arrival.
If you want to felt for part of the day, you can let us know at the beginning of your stay.
The rate depends on what we agree with each other exactly. 

Many people choose us because of this flexibility. This way we can show you the way to places and attractions that you would not be able to find so easily on your own; We even  want to take you in tow. Of course, you pay a price for these kinds of extra services.
