The house can be rented from June to September.
The house is located in a beautiful area with a great view and is fully equipped.
All rooms on the ground floor; straight into the pool from your bedroom.
It is suitable for 2 families with children; 3 bedrooms (6 persons) 2 bathrooms.
Cycling, walking, swimming, fishing, sightseeing, beach on the large lake, golf courses in the area, shopping

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In the pre-season and mid-season, fixed weeks, for example 10 days, can also be deviated from in consultation and provided the house is available. The night price is then valid. Minimum booking is 7 days (1 week).
The above prices include:
- gas, water and electricity
- bedding, covers, duvets, pillows
- towels, beach towels, kitchen towels
The rental price does not include the mandatory final cleaning of 60 euros and if a pet is staying, 10 euros will be added. The deposit is EUR 100 in cash
Final cleaning and deposit to be paid in cash on site to the manager
Reservation is final when 1/3 of the deposit has been paid to the owner. Remaining amount payment 4 weeks before stay.
