It has a large garden (completely fenced) and 2 swimming pools, the entire property is for the private use of the tenant. It is suitable for a maximum of 26 people (10 bedrooms/20 sleeping places + 2 double sofa beds + 2 baby beds). The villa has 8 bedrooms / 16 beds (+2 double sofa beds). The dependance has 2 bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. It is possible to eat together in the villa's dining room or on the large terrace where you can enjoy the panoramic views at the same time. There are also a few barbecues available for cooking. It features an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The indoor pool is heated from October to May. The property also has a billiard room, gymnasium and a ping pong table. Bar, shops and supermarket are 5 km away (there is a shopping center near the motorway exit). Here you will find the Simply supermarket (they sell good quality meat) and a bakery. If you want to buy food from local farmers, we recommend Fattoria Luchetti for the meat (it is on the hill opposite the property) and Alessandro Ricci (near Papiano) for fruit and vegetables. There are also 2 fruit and vegetable shops closer on the road to Marsciano. Large supermarket is available in the village of Marsciano, 13 km away. The nearest restaurants are at 3 km (Ristorante pesca sportiva) and 2 km (I saracini - fattoria Luchetti). There are 5 other restaurants / pizzerias in Collepepe. There is a pub/live music 1.7 miles (Blu Bahia Pub). There are public tennis courts in Casalina (clay courts), Collazzone (synthetic), Marsciano and Todi. The nearest first aid center is in Pantalla (7km).
