Immediate surroundings holiday home, no vis-à-vis, no immediate neighbors .. vineyards, vistas, hill tops to the eye. The first neighbors live 500m away, reachable on foot
Wood is available for a fee. The chimney was swept in 2022.
Brabantia pan set, plates and glassware, sieve, kitchen knives, coffee maker (classic + Bialetti), scissors, opener, mixer, wine glasses, toaster, oven, dishwasher.
Large 6-seater dining table, dining room with double entrance door and window. All windows and doors have wooden shutters that can be operated individually. Air conditioning can be set per room (dining room, living room, bedrooms)
Double entrance door on the ground floor. Both panels can be opened and closed.
Living ground floor. The sofa can be folded out (double sofa bed 160 cm)
Bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, walk-in shower (5 cm ledge). Also available: hairdryer, washing machine and dryer.
A pool with a view! Enjoy undisturbed (even naked if you want), privacy, no vis-à-vis, no immediate neighbor

In the 'Valdottavo' valley): ristorante La Terrazza (upper) and pizzeria Da Silvio (lower floor). La Terrazza: good regional dishes/ cucina casalinga and delicious pizzas downstairs

Bedroom 1 / children's room ground floor. Two single beds with mattresses 90cmx2m. Can also be stacked. Direct access to the bathroom next door and to the garden. Other bedroom on the ground floor is not next to this room.
Bathroom ground floor. Walk-in shower 5 cm ledge, sink hot/cold water, mirror, toilet and bidet. Also present: hair dryer, scales.
Bedroom 2 ground floor. Double mattress 1m40x2m ''lit français. Not located next to other bedroom / 'children's room'.
Bedroom 2 ground floor (photo 2). Soundproof door with slats that completely darken the room.
