Private swimming pool on legs and with child restraint. The pool is cleaned weekly. Tiling around the pool. Outdoor shower. Swimming pool: 7.5m length x 4m width x 1.20m height.
The living room in the ground floor is split with a large soundproof connecting door. In the current setup there is a double bed (new mattress 140 cm innerspring 2019). However, you can also make a reading corner of it.
Immediate surroundings holiday home, no vis-à-vis, no immediate neighbors .. vineyards, vistas, hill tops to the eye. The first neighbors live 500m away, reachable on foot
Road to driveway
Wood is available for a fee. The chimney was swept in 2022.
Living ground floor. The sofa can be folded out (2-person sofa bed 160 cm).
Dining table 6 people. Brabantia pan set, assortment of plates and glassware, sieve, kitchen knives, coffee maker (classic + Bialetti), scissors, opener, wine glasses, toaster, oven.
A pool with a view! Undisturbed enjoyment, privacy, no vis-à-vis, no direct neighbour
Bathroom upstairs with toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, walk-in shower (5 cm ledge). Also available: hair dryer and scales.

Access to Villa Allegra is via a private road alongside the river Visona.
The farmhouse dates from 1676. Previously it was used to process olives and grapes from the surrounding hills, to make olive oil and wine.
A walkway from the gated pool takes you to the round rose bed lawn ideal for sunbathing or lounging in the shade.
The garden has a surface of 3,500m and offers various possibilities to sit in the shade or sun.

The Stripe Suite. This bedroom has two single beds and is next door a double bedroom and bathroom. Ideal for a family or friends.

The tennis courts of Sant Andrea di Compito are a 3-minute walk from the house.
The village of Sant Andrea di Compito borders the Monte Pisano, the densely forested mountain area between Lucca and Pis
