Our house seen from the pool
Our lovely terrace, here we live between April and October. All rooms have access to the terrace. Partly covered, always some shade. Sun until about 3 o'clock. Afterwards, if you want, you can catch some sun on the terrace at the front or by the pool.

The work-bedroom opens onto the terrace. With a sliding door to the living room.
Gym, downstairs in the complex, free to use for residents and tenants.

Our front door on the left, front door with 2 steps. The street through the borgo is car-free except for loading and unloading. There are planters everywhere.
The large swimming pool is rarely crowded, there are nice sun loungers and umbrellas. There is sun here until the evening.
By the pool is a spacious terrace with sun loungers and parasols
Impression of the whole complex. 35 houses, all different. Most of them used as second homes, it is really never busy!
