Villa Adami

Villa Adami is a semi-detached detached villa with private pool that can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. The villa is a relaxing oasis surrounded by greenery. At the front there is a beautiful garden, in the shade of tall trees. The old fountain, surrounded by stone benches, is a reminder of the glories of the past. The villa dates from the mid 1600s.

Inside: The villa is spread over two floors above ground. The main entrance opens into the living room. History says that during the Second World War this living room was turned into a kind of infirmary, where the wounded soldiers were housed. Next to the living room there is the study where guests can easily find a place ideal for working, a room dedicated to the card games, another living room with working fireplace and a dining table with access to the outdoors.

The large kitchen also has a large fireplace and wood-burning oven, ideal for pizza parties! The kitchen is equipped with all necessary facilities such as dishwasher, oven, cutting machines. From the kitchen there is access to the laundry room. There are also two toilets on the ground floor.

Via a stone staircase of 17 steps you reach the sleeping area with a total of 6 bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, one twin bedroom (beds can be joined) with ensuite bathroom with bath, one double bedroom with a separate bathroom with shower, one quadruple room bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. The living room on the first floor takes us back to the past, when it became the temporary headquarters of the “Bank of Pistoia” during the Second World War.

Outside: To demarcate the garden of Villa de Fiori there is a gate, the original main entrance to the villa, where hangs a certain bell, which seems to have been identified as the oldest in Pistoia. Past the gate you come to the playground, equipped for our younger guests, and the swimming pool, the highlight of the summer.
On the adjacent lawn there is a shaded gazebo with tables and chairs, giving guests the opportunity to spend whole days in the pool and opt for our bar service with light lunches.

Studio 1: Wi-Fi internet, desk, portable fan.
Living room 2: sofa (people: 4), internet, Wi-Fi internet, 2 armchairs, satellite TV, exit to the garden, fan.
Dining room: internet, Wi-Fi internet, 4 armchairs, dining table (people: 8), television, exit to the garden, fan.
Studio 2: internet, Wi-Fi internet.

First floor:
6 Bedrooms all with Ensuite Bathroom.

Swimming pool: The swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds and parasols. The swimming pool, which is located approximately 30 meters from the villa, has chlorine purification and has a fixed depth of 1.40 meters. The rectangular pool measures approximately 7 x 11 meters.
