The house is located in the center of Tuscany, ideally located to visit all the most beautiful cities of this region. They are all less than 100 km from the property: Florence 32 km, Siena 43 km, Arezzo 73 km, Lucca 90 km, Pisa 93 km. From the property in just a 15 minute drive you are on the Siena-Florence speedway. It is a very quiet location and there are no other houses nearby, so guests have a lot of privacy. It has a large private garden (fully fenced) with a swimming pool of 13x5 meters (depth from 0.8 to 2.7 meters) with trampoline. At the house there is a covered terrace with barbecue, stone oven, tables and chairs for outdoor dining. It is also possible to eat in front of the pool and enjoy the panoramic view at the same time. In the village of San Donato in Poggio (5 km from the property) there is a supermarket, 3 restaurants, a bar and a few other shops. Large supermarket is available in Poggibonsi at 17 km. The whole house is on the ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Baby cot available on request.
