Our spacious apartment is suitable for up to 5 people and has its own walled courtyard with a surprising garden room where you can relax, even in the warm summer months.
The apartment is located in the extreme south of Sardinia in the village of Teulada, barely 10 minutes by car from the beautiful coast with azure blue sea and numerous beaches and bays.
Hikers and cyclists (both racing cyclists and mountain bikers) can have fun here because around Teulada there are beautiful mountains with many routes and paths through the breathtakingly beautiful nature.
Our apartment is located in the middle of the village, in the middle of the normally inhabited houses. Less than a 3-minute walk away you will find yourself on the pleasant village square with a small supermarket, several restaurants, bars, a pizzeria and ice cream shop, pharmacy and bakery. A playground is also nearby. The apartment is luxurious but very cozy and has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a single bed, a spacious bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and washing machine and a luxurious kitchen including oven and dishwasher. Of course there is also a cozy sitting area. There is also air conditioning in every room and a heater for the cool months. If you want to do some work during your holiday, that is also possible because WiFi is also available. There is also a possibility to safely park bicycles or motorcycles.
The apartment is also suitable for winter months in the mild climate of Sardinia, ask for the possibilities.
