This beautiful luxury holiday home for 6 people is located on the southeast coast of Sardinia; a 5-minute walk from the sea, on a hill with a sea view. Chill out on the terrace, relax in the jacuzzi and snorkel in the bright blue sea; this villa will give you a relaxing dream holiday! But don't forget to visit the island's historic capital, Cagliari, or go to the market in Villasimius on Saturday mornings. In the summer months, Villasimius also has an (almost) daily night market in the city center.
From Cagliari (airport) you can reach Torre delle Stelle in 40 minutes. A village with mostly holiday homes spread over two hills with the white sandy beaches Genn'e Mari and Cann'e Sisa on the left and right. There is a supermarket in Torre delle Stelle, as well as a number of (good!) restaurants. There is a bar and a restaurant on the beach. Sunbeds, parasols and boats can be rented here.

The detached villa is a 5-minute walk from Genn'e Mari beach and is built on a split level. The entrance gate is located slightly higher on the road and this means that the villa is completely hidden from view and therefore offers complete privacy. The villa is located in a well-kept flowery garden with a patio and a terrace attached to the house, one of which has an outdoor fireplace where you can also have a BBQ. Then you have a spacious living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a 5-burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. The second bathroom is also located on this level.
The sleeping area is located five steps higher. The first bedroom with en suite bathroom has a double bed (2.1 m long). The second bedroom also has a double bed (2.1 m long). The third bedroom has a bunk bed. All bedrooms have mosquito screens and air conditioning.
The presence of WiFi, SmartTV and a washing machine, among other things, makes your stay in this villa even more comfortable. The villa is not suitable for children up to 3 years old due to the lack of stair gates, cots, etc. Due to the height differences in and around the house, this accommodation is less suitable for people with mobility problems.
