Apartment Nocciole
The Nocciole apartment is located on the top floor of the apartment building and has a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with lovely box springs and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The kitchen is a gas stove with oven and a fridge. Kettle is provided and coffee can be made in the Lavazza La Modo Mio coffee machine.
Directly next to the apartment is a balcony terrace where you can relax and enjoy the fantastic view. In addition, this apartment has a private terrace downstairs with the same fantastic view. In our central courtyard there is a long table, where you can eat. Our restaurant is also located in this courtyard where we serve a delicious breakfast (for an additional fee). We have a wood-fired pizza oven and a BBQ available for guests.
On an upper terrace is our panoramic swimming pool (9x3 meters) with lovely sunbeds.
Our agriturismo has 4 B&B rooms above the garage and 2 apartments in a separate apartment building. For families with older children (older than 12 years) we offer a family package consisting of an apartment and a B&B room. Please contact us for this. We as owners live in the large house on the property.
