Benvenuto! Welcome to La Bordona - Casa per Sempre! Casa per Sempre is a unique holiday home located in perhaps the most beautiful region of Italy: the Monferrato. A region that offers a unique charm in every season. Casa per Sempre is an apartment located on the first floor of an old monk complex, La Bordona, in the municipality of Vignale Monferrato. The first stones date back to 1043! But don't worry, this holiday apartment has been brought completely to the present. In recent years we have realized 2 new bathrooms, installed air conditioning throughout the house and equipped the house with brand new frames and doors.
The apartment breathes Piedmont: the typical Italian country style, with a modern twist. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a lovely living room and the absolute showpiece: a terrace of 20m² you will not be short of anything during your holiday.

Outside, a great swimming pool built of natural stone (15 May to 15 September) and a great garden (all year round) await you. You can park in front of the gate. Inside the gate, complete serenity and tranquility reign, which is so typical of the region. Everywhere you have fantastic views over the wine hills and with clear weather the beautiful Alps, which you can see bending all around you from the Mediterranean Sea to Switzerland. A unique sight!

It will come as no surprise that the neighbor is a winegrower. This region and the house are ideally suited for wine lovers, nature lovers, culture lovers and explorers.

The house is waiting for you with all the amenities. You will not be short of anything. There is still 1 question left: will it be delicious to make pasta yourself in the delicious kitchen, or are you going out for dinner?

Bye! We are Dominique and Thomas. In 2017 we got married in Italy, a country that has completely captured our hearts. After the marriage we started organizing weddings and tours in Italy ourselves. The purchase of our second home in Italy in 2023 completed our dream.
Specifically, we are in love with the region where we got married and where our house is: the Monferrato. A unique and beautiful region, which we would like to share with you!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Check-in from 16:00
Check-out no later than 10:00 in the morning
We have an age limit of 6 years for children
Pets are not allowed
Beds are made on arrival
Towels are changed on Wednesday, bed linen on Saturday.
Final cleaning costs are: € 75.
Extra round change of towels and bed linen: €75 (please indicate when booking, if you wish this when you stay for a week and a half, for example.)
The deposit is € 250

We charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
