30% deposit upon booking. Remainder including deposit (300 euros) and cleaning fee (100 euros) to be paid day on arrival.
Free cancellation up to 6 weeks in advance. in case of cancellation 4-6 weeks in advance 30% of the rental price, in case of cancellation 2-4 weeks in advance 40% and in case of cancellation within 2 weeks in advance 50%. In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or during stay, the full rental price is due
