Welcome to Casa Monteverdi, a luxurious "Country House" located in the heart of Monferrato, a UNESCO protected area in Piedmont. This region is known for its exquisite gastronomy and world-famous wines, such as Barolo and Barbera. Our fully renovated, 250-year-old wine farm is located between the picturesque villages of Castelnuovo Calcea and Vinchio, amidst rolling vineyards and panoramic vistas.

Discover charming towns like Alba, Asti, and Nizza Monferrato,  enjoy the local wine and grappa tastings, and completely unwind by the pool. End your day with a nice glass of Barbera enjoying the colorful sunset over the surrounding hills.

Casa Monteverdi is especially suitable for groups of friends and families for 6 people. Due to the open swimming pool, use with small children is at your own risk. The owners (living on the 1st floor) are usually present for advice and service.

All rooms are non-smoking and equipped with floor cooling.
Possibly extendable to 8 people at an additional cost (sofa bed in living room Mambo).
