In the fall, the famous truffle festival is organized in Alba. There the truffle hunters sell white and black truffles. The smell is delicious.

The comfortable seating area. Through the large windows you have a beautiful view and it is also a nice house in less beautiful weather.

The fully equipped kitchen is custom-made. Is equipped with dishwasher and oven.

The dining area with nice views to 3 sides. The wood stove makes it cozy and quickly warm on cool evenings.

Terrace with nice sofa in one of the sunniest spots in the garden. Thanks to the pergola, you can still sit here in the shade.

From the kitchen you walk onto this terrace, here you have beautiful views of the surroundings and the village in the distance. To the left of the flower pot you walk down via a staircase to the garden.

The house is built against a hill. Upstairs at street level is the living/dining kitchen and downstairs are the bedrooms and bathroom.

The bedrooms are downstairs and have patio doors leading out to the garden. The BBQ is ready for outdoor cooking during the warm evenings.

Terrace next to the kitchen. You walk onto the terrace through the sliding doors.

Rear, the garden has a lot of privacy. Overlooking the small village of Roccaverano.
