Casa Vista Collina – peace, nature and view
Welcome to our detached holiday home on a hilltop, with a beautiful view of the medieval village of Roccaverano and the green hills of the southern Piedmont. A place for peace, nature and real Italian outdoor life - within walking distance of the village.
From early in the morning until late at night, the view changes with you — a setting that never gets boring.
Our cozy house, is comfortably furnished and has a warm, relaxing atmosphere. The cozy living space has large windows and sliding doors, so you can experience the view of Roccaverano and the surrounding hills from everywhere. There is a cosy wood-burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen and direct access to the large terrace.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms with patio doors to the garden. The modern bathroom has a rain and hand shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
Outdoor living
Outside it is a wonderful place to relax, read or enjoy the view at any time of the day. Around the house is a spacious garden with several terraces, both in the sun and in the shade. There is a nice lounge sofa, there are sun loungers and there is a dining table on both the upper and lower terrace. There is a BBQ to enjoy on the sultry summer evenings.
Cool and comfortable
Thanks to its location at an altitude of 800 meters, it is on average 4 to 5 degrees cooler in summer than in the valley. A refreshing breeze often provides extra cooling. Our experience is that air conditioning is therefore not necessary; There is a fan in both bedrooms.
The village within walking distance
About a 15-minute walk away is the charming village of Roccaverano, with a cozy village square, the popular bar-osteria del Bramante, a small alimentari and a pharmacy. Authentic Italian village life at your fingertips.
Practical information
- Bedrooms and bathroom are on the lower floor
- The upper terrace is less suitable for very small children

- Not only in spring and summer but also in autumn and winter the region is beautiful; We rent the house from the end of October to mid-April in consultation (minimum 4 nights)
Surroundings
