Nel Vigneto

The house is located in a quiet and quiet location between the vineyards outside Canelli has an orchard and offers a great view over the hills.  It is not for nothing that this region has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2014. The house was completely renovated and modernized in 2020. There are air conditioners in the bedrooms, free internet everywhere and a charging station for electric charging of the car. 

Canelli is a lively village and is known for its spumante. Be sure to visit one of the underground wine cellars called "cathedrals". A system of 12 km in length underground. It also has shops, bars, restaurants and a market where the farmers from the region sell their cheese, sausages, vegetables and fruit. The gastronomy and wines from this region are world famous, including Barolo, Barbera, Moscato d'Asti. This is where the slow food movement originated. Aqcui Terme, Alba and Asti are half an hour away. Turin an hour and Milan and the Ligurian coast, an hour and a half. Will you take a walk through the vineyards, cycle over the hills or go truffle hunting in the autumn? A drive through the area to one of the nice towns also offers you beautiful views with snow-capped alpine peaks in the distance in clear weather. Afterwards, settle down by the pool and enjoy the peace and quiet and the view. 

The house
There are air conditioners in the bedrooms and mosquito nets on the windows and doors.
Ground floor
The kitchen with a dishwasher, 5-burner gas hob, oven, fridge and freezer. has patio doors to the sunny porch. In the morning you can enjoy your breakfast and the beautiful sunrise at the large dining table. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200) and a cozy wood stove for colder days. Downstairs there is a full bathroom with washing machine.

Deepening
There is another bathroom and two spacious bedrooms on the first floor. There is also a veranda upstairs over the entire width with beautiful views. From the bedrooms, French doors give access to the veranda.

The garden
From April 2021 there will be a saltwater swimming pool (better for skin and the environment) and in addition to a BBQ for charcoal, also a lava stone fired on wood. Table football can be played outside. From the lounge set under the veranda you have a beautiful view of the illuminated village of San Marzano Oliveto in the evening while enjoying a local wine. Parking is available in the designated areas. Charging station for electric charging of the car. Is there ripe fruit on our fruit trees? Feel free to pick. 

For whom?
Our house is suitable for couples, friends or families with children who can swim. Please note: The pool is not fenced and is 1.40m deep. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet with the occasional tractor sounds of the winegrowers in the background.
