Welcome to our dream home in the heart of Piedmont, a place where peace, comfort and authenticity come together. This charming holiday home is surrounded by  20,000 m² of private land and offers breathtaking views of the rolling countryside, the hazel trees and the surrounding nature.

Villa Augustin features five spacious bedrooms and three stylish bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing stay together. The décor combines warm, authentic elements with contemporary comfort, making you feel right at home.

Outside, the beautiful swimming pool (12x5) invites you to cool off on hot summer days, while the spacious garden and several terraces are the ideal place to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, a good glass of local wine at sunset or long evenings under the stars.

Here you will experience the real Piedmont, slow living, silence, nature and enjoying the little things. An ideal base to discover picturesque villages, walk in the hills, visit local markets and taste the refined gastronomy and world-famous wines of the region.

We are a Belgian couple who found our dream home in Piedmont at the end of 2025, in a region where we have enjoyed traveling for years. We fell in love with the authenticity, the tranquility, the beautiful nature, the fantastic wines and the delicious food. Piedmont breathes slow living, and it is exactly that feeling that we would like to share with our guests, a place to enjoy, slow down and come home.

Bed linen, towels, and beach towels are included in the weekly prices.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be received by us in writing (by e-mail). 

It is agreed between us that, if you wish to cancel all or part of your booking, or if the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment, we will be entitled to the following arrangement in relation to the cost of the stay:

* If the period in question is rebooked by other guests, the amounts already paid will be refunded.

* If the period in question is not rebooked by other guests, the amounts paid will not be refunded.

House rules

  • Check in: 16:00 - 20:00

  • Commercial photography on request
  • Maximum occupancy - The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests. This number must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
  • Sound & behavior - Please respect the peace and quiet in the area. Keep the noise level reasonable, especially after 23:00. Music and outdoor activities are allowed during the day and in the early evening.
  • Swimming pool - The pool is not heated and there is no lifeguard on site. Children should always be supervised by an adult. Glassware is not allowed in and around the pool.
  • The pizza oven and kitchen oven must be left clean after use. Remove all residues, ashes and food residues before departure. If this does not happen, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
  • Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Smoking is allowed outside on the terraces and in the garden. Use the provided ashtrays.
