The very spacious house is surrounded by a large garden , where you will also find the large swimming pool of 12x6m . With its various terraces , the garden offers many opportunities to enjoy the real Italian outdoor life. You can really enjoy the beautiful views of the surroundings from anywhere . The covered terrace with pizza oven enhances this feeling even more. Within walking distance you will find a cozy restaurant! The sea and beaches can be found within 30 minutes by car!
The particularly large house is furnished as follows: The large kitchen is rustically furnished and equipped with all modern kitchen appliances, such as a dishwasher, large 5-burner stove, oven, microwave and a large American fridge. There are 2 living rooms. One is furnished as a modern lounge area with lovely sofas , large flat screen TV and DVD player. The other living room with fireplace is furnished in an English style with various seats, music system and bookcases . There are 4 bedrooms with double beds (one of which is 1.20 wide), 1 very nice children's bedroom with 2 beds for children and a nice sleeping corner on the landing with a cot. There are a total of 4 bathrooms in the house, 1 with a bath, the others with a shower. The house therefore offers space for a maximum of 7 adults and 3 children, ideal for example for two families going on holiday together.

But you should also visit the beautiful coastal towns of Senigallia and Fano . The large weekly markets are Saturday in Pergola and Fano and on Thursday in Senigallia.
