This recently renovated Trullo holiday home is located in the countryside outside the village of Ostuni , surrounded by Mediterranean trees and plants and with a view of the city on the hill from various points of the house. The villa is easily accessible and is very central, yet very quiet and private .
The Trullo has recently been refurbished and restored with great care and attention to detail. The house is very comfortable and tastefully decorated and from the 2023 season the private swimming pool will also be ready for use!
Upon arrival you drive to a spacious parking lot, then you reach the entrance a few meters from the parking lot. At the entrance you immediately see the beautiful veranda with outdoor kitchen , you do not actually have to use the kitchen inside, because everything you need is outside, a dining table, lounge set, barbecue, pizza oven, socket and sink for extra comfort . Everything with a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the surrounding well-kept garden. The swimming pool is ideal for swimming lengths during the holidays. During the balmy summer temperatures it is wonderful to cool off and relax.
You enter a spacious kitchen with a large dining table for 8 people and all the conveniences you could wish for in and around the kitchen. From the kitchen you reach the first 2 bedrooms, both with a bathroom en suite . These 2 bedrooms are both equipped with a double bed and space to hang your clothes.
On the other side of the kitchen is a third door, which leads to the bedroom with 2 single beds . Then you walk from the kitchen into the hallway where there is a third bathroom, and finally the access to the Trullo , which has a double bed, a lounge sofa and a patio door to the outside.
