This newly purchased villa with swimming pool is perfectly located in Castellana Grotte, but on the border of Monopoli and therefore close to the coast and many interesting places in the province of Bari.
The lovely swimming pool is located behind the villa and offers complete privacy, there are sun beds and umbrellas for comfort and shade so that you only have to enjoy the good Pugliese life .

The villa is very spacious with an open kitchen with dining area and sitting area on the ground floor, a spacious bathroom with bath and a wide staircase to the upper floor. On the upper floor there are 3 large bedrooms , each with a double bed and new mattresses and pillows. The bathroom on the first floor has a shower cubicle. One of the bedrooms has a balcony, the other 2 bedrooms have beautiful windows, 1 overlooking the pool and the other a beautiful view to the Adriatic Sea .

PLEASE NOTE: this villa has been rented out for the first season in August 2022. All furniture is new , the kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner electric appliance and a dishwasher. Outside are several terraces where you can sit outside and enjoy meals. From November the villa will be further renovated. The bathrooms now look antique, but are in extremely good condition and of course spotlessly clean , the first guests have already indicated that they enjoyed their stay at this beautiful spot!

Explanation of prices

The stated prices are per stay including the use of bed linen, towels and energy. Excluding € 100 cleaning costs to be paid on site.
Cancellation conditions:
In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation within 7 days is completely free of charge
- In case of cancellation from the 8th day of reservation up to 30 days after the reservation, you owe 10% of the invoice amount.
- In case of cancellation from the 30th to 65 days before arrival, you owe 30% of the invoice amount.
- from 65 days before arrival you owe the entire amount. With the exception of cancellations due to full entry restrictions imposed by the Dutch or Italian government. In that case, the cancellation costs are only € 85.
