Villa Fiore

In 2013 we started the brand Holiday Home Le Marche. Since 2019, Villa Fiore, in Le Marche, Italy, can be rented for up to 14 people. In mid  and low season at very attractive prices for much smaller quantities. The villa has 7 bedrooms, all with air conditioning (of which 2 attics of over 50 m2 each), 6 bathrooms. Outside a covered terrace at the front (the portico), to the side a large terrace with pergola and to the back a terrace that provides shade in the afternoon.

GROUND FLOOR VILLA FIORE
On the ground floor a spacious living/dining room, a separate TV room, a bedroom with freestanding designer bath and private bathroom and a beautiful designer kitchen! In addition, a loft with washing machine and dryer and an extra fridge with freezer compartments.

Of course, we extend the style of Villa Fiore as a comfortable design holiday home to the rest of the house.

KITCHEN VILLA FIORE
The Italian designer kitchen (Arclinea) is equipped with everything you need in a kitchen. A SMEG oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, Jura coffee machine, kettle, mixer, hand blender, bread machine, four gas burners, and a beautiful view. The worktop is made entirely of quartz. In the kitchen there is also a dining table with chairs. Of course, there are also a large number of Dutch and Italian cookbooks available in the house for the necessary inspiration in the kitchen. 

LIVING ROOM VILLA FIORE
In the living room there is a three-person sofa (Fest Amsterdam) and a four-person sofa (Fabio van Linteloo). There are many games and books in the bookcase. In the corner under the stairs in the closet you will find toys for the children (paint, clay, books, coloring pages, etc.). There is also a Marshall (Bluetooth) for great music. In the living room there is also a dining table of 3 meters where you can eat with 12 people.  Finally, a wood stove that you can burn.

TV ROOM VILLA FIORE
The television room has a nice designer lounge sofa (Fabio Linteloo), Slice chair from Artifort and a wood stove to make it warm and cozy. There is a large flat screen TV that is connected to the dish with a decoder and a DVD player (children's movies are available). In addition, we have digital TV (Sky).

BEDROOM GROUND FLOOR VILLA FIORE
On the ground floor is 1 bedroom with patio doors to the terrace at the back of the house. This bedroom has its own shower, toilet and sink in the bedroom and a beautiful freestanding design bath! This way you are fully equipped.

PANTRY VILLA FIORE
From 2019 you will find a washing machine, dryer, large fridge and freezer in the pantry of Villa Fiore. There are also additional towels.

FIRST FLOOR VILLA FIORE
On the first floor of Villa Fiore there is a library, four double bedrooms (all equipped with hotel box springs and air conditioning) and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and two sinks. Here, too, we will continue the style of the current bedrooms . 1 of the bedrooms has a luxury cot .

SECOND FLOOR VILLA FIORE
On the second floor are two attic rooms, both with their own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Again, there are good box springs. From these rooms you have a beautiful view over the rolling hills.

OUTDOORS AT VILLA FIORE
At the front we have a portico. Here are sofas, chairs and lounge chairs to sit outside. In the morning there is shade at the front, in the afternoon at the back. On the terrace next to the house you will find a 14 seater dining table with chairs, a pizza oven, an outdoor kitchen and a tripod as a BBQ. To the side of the large terrace is a wood-fired hot tub to be used only for a fee (300 euros). Fantastic in the middle and low season.

To create shade, we had a pergola built there covered with Plough fabric (12x5 meters). Downstairs in the garden we have a large trampoline, a slide, swing and rings. Of course, Villa Fiore also has a beautiful swimming pool with large terraces  around it and , above all, a magnificent view. The pool is cleaned every week and is equipped with a vacuum cleaner that you can put in yourself whenever you want.
