The villa is completely detached on a beautiful mountain with panoramic views and close to the Adriatic Sea. In a good fifteen minute drive you will arrive at the beautiful white sandy beaches with its beautiful palm trees.

A day of culture? That too is possible. The villa is an excellent base for visiting beautiful old romantic villages and towns. Go back in time and experience the real pure Italian life. Prefer the hustle and bustle? That is also possible because with a 2 hour drive you are already in Rome. Major cities such as Ancona, Pescara, Ascoli are all within 1 hour's drive.

The house is located in the middle of a vineyard and olive grove. You can simply get fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden!

The house consists of 2 apartments and a semi-detached suite and is suitable for a maximum of 14 people. Separate rental per apartment or suite is also possible. In addition, there is a loft that is only used by the owner and his family. The house has complete privacy.
