The house overlooks postcard faces all around. On one side you look out on the Sibillini Mountains where you can make beautiful walks and on the other side of the house you look out on the Adriatic Sea
The house has 4 bedrooms (2pers) each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, internet, wifi, TV, home automation, fire alarm, 2 kitchens with dishwasher, washing machine.
Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
In 1 kitchen there is a long extendable table so that the entire group can eat together.
There are 2 terraces with panoramic views on both terraces is a long table with chairs for 8 people. Everything is provided for the full occupancy of 8 people, there are sun loungers and patio chairs for everyone. The swimming pool (4 x 12 m) is a real eye-catcher and also has a magnificent view of the village of Montelparo and the Sibillini mountains.
In the area are many old medieval villages and towns where time seems to have stood still because mass tourism has fortunately not yet struck here.
Furthermore, it is a great area to explore by scooter or motorcycle, but also the quiet sports such as walking, cycling or horse riding are well catered for,
For culinary enthusiasts you can also have excellent food in this region (cheap), in this wine and truffle region you will not be short of anything
We are happy to give our guests tips and if necessary assistance to make their stay here as enjoyable as possible.
Our rental prices include water, gas, electricity, air conditioning, bed and bath linen. The final cleaning 150 € can be settled with the deposit.
During the month of July and August, the arrival and departure day is Friday, as flights to and from Ancona and Pescare Airport are on Fridays.
