Casa Raffaela is a charming holiday villa with a beautiful swimming pool and beautiful views all around you. Peace, quiet and relaxation are the key words. Casa Raffaela is located in the middle of rolling Marchian hills with infinitely different colors of green. If you are really looking for peace and quiet around you, then Casa Raffaela is a very good choice. The Sibilinian Alps on the one hand, with loads of opportunities for hiking and enjoyment, as well as Porto San Giorgio and the endless beaches of the Adriatic coast.
Casa Raffaela has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned!
A spacious kitchen with everything you need (incl. air conditioning). Around the pool there are lovely sun loungers and parasols. Relax!
From 2024 we will have an authentic wood-fired Pizza oven, with which you can bake delicious pizzas!

We have actually been fans of Italy all our lives. That is why the purchase of our house in 2021 is a dream come true. We enjoy the peace, the beautiful nature and the delicious food. Our house, which used to be a farm, was renovated in 2008 into what it is today. We used 2021 to make the house completely up to date again (including air conditioning, solar panels, the garden, the interior, a lovely veranda, etc). In 2024 we will have installed a real pizza oven!

Our house is fully equipped, prices include the use of bed, bath and kitchen linen, electricity, gas and water, etc. no additional costs. The kitchen and bedrooms are air-conditioned. Our house is equipped with solar panels and a storage battery, electric cars can be charged for free from solar installation . From 2024 we will have real Forno al Legno pizza oven
