About the villa:
This amazing holiday home with a large enclosed garden and terrace on the edge of the Sibillini Mountains is located in Cessapalombo, Italy. It is an excellent choice for a family vacation or a group of friends or family. The house has 9 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, located on the ground floor and on the first floor of the villa.
All windows in the bedrooms are fitted with fly screens and in the summer air conditioning is available throughout the house.
Living area:
You can relax in the living room, composed by a long table for ten people, TV, armchairs and a sofa overlooking the garden where you may see wildlife. In the living room, a bar is at your disposal to enjoy your homemade cocktails. The living room is connected to another cozy room, equipped with board games and a smart TV with possibility to watch your favorite netflix movies (for your private accounts).
Kitchen:
On the same floor you will find a large kitchen equipped with microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, cutting machine, food processor and all basic necessities. As well as the basic ingredients (olive oil, vinegar, salt, spices and sugar) to prepare a tasty meal.
Garden:
A garden set is available in the garden, several picnic tables, 2 barbecues,
a pizza oven to prepare your own pizzas, and play equipment for the children.
Swimming pool:
From May to September you can enjoy a large swimming pool with hydromassage (unheated), surrounded by a beautiful view and peaceful nature.
There are sunbeds, lounge sets, showers and a private bathroom. The pool house has a bar to prepare a nice aperitivo and a stereo to play music while relaxing in the pool, indoor seating and air conditioning to cool off and enjoy your favorite drinks.
Skiing, hiking, cycling and climbing are just some of the activities in the area, Lago di Fiastra (20 km) is the ideal place for those activities.
Around our domain are nice typical villages: San Ginesio (7 km), Sarnano (10 km), Tolentino and Loro Piceno (15 km). The area is known for its sweet wines and wine tasting:
Vino Cotto (in Loro Piceno) and Vernaccia (in Serrapetrona).
