Agriturismo Qui Voglio is a farm (including lavender, olive oil, grain, sunflowers...). Our guest accommodations are mainly located in the old farmhouse dating from 1738. In the middle of a park-like garden with ancient oak trees, you can relax on the 7-hectare site, but it is also the perfect base for discovering this magnificent region ...Le Marche (The Marches).

In a corner of the garden, with an unobstructed view over the hills, we have a folding kot; an award-winning innovative holiday accommodation that is a cross between a tiny house and a caravan. We called it the Fortissimo, and it is completely self-sufficient with its own bathroom and kitchen. This residence offers a lot of privacy when desired, while the facilities in and around the house are also available.
The Fortissimo has air conditioning that keeps the temperature inside attractive.

Pieter, Denise, Jasper and Madelief... Father, son and both partners started this agriturismo in April 2022. Pieter stopped his teaching job for this and Jasper quit his job as a cook in the Netherlands. Madelief is a photographer but also has extensive hospitality experience. Only Denise has kept her job in the Netherlands, but fortunately she is also in Italy a lot to spoil our guests together with the entire team.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

This price does not include breakfast; that can be booked separately. Mentioned prices are also exclusive of the 10% P.Iva (VAT) that we are obliged to collect. On the other hand, there is no additional tourist tax.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
