Detached family house in a natural park with panoramic views – Casa Le Tolfe
Casa Le Tolfe is a detached holiday home in the hills of Le Marche, at an altitude of 600 meters near the village of Prosano (municipality of Arcevia). The house is located in the middle of a nature park, surrounded by a large garden and unobstructed views over the hills. On clear days you can even see the Adriatic Sea.
The house is ideal for one or two families or couples who seek peace, nature, hiking and cycling.

- Adriatic coast approx. 40 minutes drive away
- Not touristy and yet plenty of nice towns, markets and culture in the area
For those who do, and for those who don't
Casa Le Tolfe is a nice place for guests who love peace, nature and being outdoors. The house is less suitable for anyone who has difficulty with steep roads or stairs.
- Last part of the access road is steep and partly unpaved: a normal car is fine, but self-confidence behind the wheel is useful
- The house has many stairs, both inside and outside
- Not suitable for the disabled or people with walking difficulties
- No air conditioning: in the summer it stays reasonable inside because of the thick walls, but during really hot periods you have to air well during the day and close windows
- Being in the middle of nature also means insects. We have mosquito nets and resources, but those who are panicked by insects better choose another house.

Practical information
- Minimum stay: 5 nights (in high season preferably per week)
- Maximum 8 people, no extra guests or air mattresses
- No groups under 25 years old (unless as family with parents)
- No parties or loud music, rest after 22:00
- Mandatory final cleaning: € 150 per stay
- Linen package (bed linen & towels): € 12.50 per person

- Distance from the Netherlands: approx. 1500 km by car (from Utrecht)
- Nearest airport: Ancona (approx. 40 minutes drive, limited number of flights)
- Perugia (summer months direct flights) approx. 1 hour drive
- Bologna is about a 2.5-hour drive away, with daily flights from Schiphol
