On the ground floor of our Agriturismo there are three independent rooms for rent, all three of which have a very spacious private bathroom. All rooms have their own outside door that provides access to the room when you have spent a day at the beach or have been to one of the countless beautiful villages.
The Altissimo is located at the rear of the building and has its own garden with a picnic table for sitting outside in the evening.
Every day you can book breakfast and three times a week you can eat with the pot.

Pieter, Denise, Jasper and Madelief... Father, son and both partners started this agriturismo in April 2022. Pieter stopped his teaching job for this and Jasper quit his job as a cook in the Netherlands. Madelief is a photographer but also has extensive hospitality experience. Only Denise has kept her job in the Netherlands, but fortunately she is also in Italy a lot to spoil our guests together with the entire team.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
