Welcome to our beautiful, fully renovated holiday home in Serralta, Le Marche. Located at an altitude of about 500 meters, in the middle of the hilly landscape of the Marche, this is the ideal place for those who want to experience the authentic Italy outside the hustle and bustle of the famous tourist destinations.
From the terrace and from the pool you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the hills and valleys of Le Marche. On clear days, the view reaches far into the Apennines, with even a view of the Gran Sasso mountains about 100 kilometers away. A place where you can quietly drink your coffee in the morning, cool off in the pool in the afternoon and enjoy a delicious dinner with a good glass of Italian wine in the evening.

The house features four spacious double bedrooms with queen-size beds. The bedrooms also offer plenty of space for cots.
For families with young children, two cots, a crib and 2 high chairs are provided.

The swimming pool with a view
One of the absolute eye-catchers of the house is the beautifully situated infinity pool, with a wide panorama over the landscape of Le Marche.
Whether you're swimming a few laps, lying on a lounger with a book or playing in the water with the kids, the view makes the pool a special place. The water forms a natural transition to the horizon, creating an almost endless view from the pool over the surrounding hills and valleys. The ideal place to cool off.

Living outdoors like the Italians do
Le Marche is an excellent region for outdoor living. That is why the house has a spacious outdoor sitting and dining area.
Here you can have breakfast with a view over the hills, have an extensive lunch after a visit to one of the surrounding villages or dine together in the evening with a local wine.
The large terrace offers plenty of space for eight people and has the same beautiful panoramic view.
Discover Cingoli – the 'Balcony of Le Marche'
Only about 15 minutes drive away is Cingoli, one of the most beautiful places in the area.
Cingoli is also called the 'Balcony of Le Marche' because of its spectacular location at an altitude of more than 600 meters and the panoramic views over the Marche, the Apennines and in clear weather towards the Adriatic Sea. The historic center has atmospheric streets, old city walls, churches and beautiful historic palazzi.
Cingoli also has a special connection with art: in the historic center you can admire the famous Madonna del Rosario by Lorenzo Lotto.
In 2026, Cingoli was also named Borgo dei Borghi, which awarded it as the most beautiful village in Italy.
Lake Cingoli
About a 20-minute drive away is Lago di Castreccioni, also known as Lake Cingoli.
This is the largest artificial lake in Le Marche and is located in the middle of a beautiful green landscape. Around the lake there are walking and cycling routes and you can enjoy nature and the landscape. The area has also been designated as a protected nature reserve because of its special flora and fauna.
A wonderful destination for a day of walking, swimming, picnics or just enjoying nature.
San Severino Marche
San Severino Marche, about 15 minutes' drive away, is also well worth a visit.
The historic center is dominated by the beautiful elliptical Piazza del Popolo, surrounded by historic buildings and churches. In and around the city you will also find numerous medieval monuments, works of art and archaeological remains of the Roman city of Septempeda.
For lovers of nature and hiking, Elcito, Monte San Vicino and Canfaito are also easily accessible from the surrounding area. The centuries-old beech forests of Canfaito are particularly beautiful.
The spectacular stalactite caves of Frasassi are about 50 minutes' drive away.

Although the house is wonderfully quiet and rural, many sights are easily accessible.
