The kitchen is fully equipped with a grill/microwave, dishwasher, induction cooker, coffee maker, kettle and sufficient cutlery and crockery. From the dining table you have a fantastic view over the lake.
The studio has a spacious seating area with sofa bed (160x200). The large French windows give a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains.
It is tastefully decorated.
In the sitting area is a comfortable sofa/bed (160 x 200) and two comfortable sitting chairs.
The studio has large French windows overlooking the lake. In the evening the lights sparkle across the lake. At this point the lake is four kilometers wide.
It is spacious and all the windows can be opened.
The studio regularly received very good reviews for hygiene.
Exchange books are there in the cabinet and also information about the area.
The dining table with four chairs invites you to a nice dinner.

How pleasant it can be to cook delicious Italian food with a good wine.
There are plenty of power plugs to charge your phone and laptop charging.

The high water pressure makes showering quite pleasant, but also taking a bath is possible. Besides a toilet there is also a bidet available.

The palms were planted in 2013 in the garden courtyard and already have become bigger already.
The apartments are right on the lake. Besides the complex is a small, quiet beach at the mouth of the mountain stream. Here is a small park with picnic benches and barbecues.
From the water you can see how cozy the complex is. Besides the buildings a mountain stream goes into the lake with a waterfall. There is also the beach where you can swim, quietly relax and enjoy the sun.

The beach ....... a lovely place to relax, read, sunbathe and enjoy bathing.

Here are also picnic tables and you can BBQ. It invites you to linger there until late with a bottle of wine and some food.

On the other side of the building you can enjoy dinner at restaurant Creme Caramel. The terrace is three meters from the beach. The pizzas are nowhere as good as here. You need to make reservations, otherwise there is no place, because it is also very popular with the Italians.
The swans create the idyllic picture.
Above Menaggio is the second oldest golf course in Italy with 18 holes.
Great cycling opportunities in the mountains. Electric mountain bikes can be rented in the area.
Climbing is also possible nearby.
Many hiking opportunities, both along the lake and high in the mountains over the Alpine meadows. There are lifts to the top in several places. It is also possible to go to higher areas by car.
And at the top of the mountains you can eat here on a goat farm. They serves only their own products there. And there are dogs, cats, goats, chickens and strolling around and secretly begging when the farmer is not looking ....
And this is the view from the farm. Fortunately, the first part of the journey from the lake is by car.

There are several places on the lake where you can rent deck chairs. One of those places is the Lido in Menaggio, where you can swim, eat, drink and relax.
The ferry takes you to all the villages on the lake. A crossing from Menaggio to Bellaggio or Varenna is well worth the effort.

.... and after a moment with your feet in the water ....
.... an ice cream on the stairs, obviously overlooking the lake ....
.... and the gardens are beautifully maintained.
The villa gardens along the lake are impressive with lots of subtropical plants and trees.
Winters are also great in this part of Italy. The Alps are white, the air feels clean and cold and the sun warms you. And a 40-minute drive from the apartments is a great ski area
