In a beautiful green area between the mountains on Lake Lugano (and close to Lake Como) lies the attractive village of Porlezza (approx. 5,000 inhabitants).
We offer our 4-person apartment for rent. The apartment is located in resort 'Residenza Porto Letizia'.

This resort includes the central reception, a few shops and an Italian restaurant and lounge bar with a large terrace overlooking the lake.
There is also an internet café, a maze park and various outdoor facilities. There is also an enclosed beach area on the lake with a sunbathing area, outdoor showers and a beach bar. In the high season, various activities take place at the park. There is ample and spacious parking (free). The park is connected to the atmospheric promenade of Porlezza via a footbridge.
Our apartment has an area of approximately 68 m2 and is located on the ^1st floor. There are no upstairs neighbors.

In the combined living room/kitchen there are 2 patio doors to the balcony, with a view of the lake. In this living room/kitchen there is a luxurious sofa bed, which can be folded out into a spacious bed of 160x200 cm. Furthermore, a dining area with 4 chairs, TV with satellite receiver and a kitchenette. The kitchen includes a coffee maker (Nespresso), microwave, refrigerator with freezer, four-burner gas stove with extractor hood and complete kitchen inventory.

The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet and luxury shower.

The bedroom has a spacious double bed (box spring) with bedside tables and a large wardrobe.
The apartment is fully equipped with shooters for extra comfort.

Pets are not allowed.
