Bella Camelia 6-person apartment

This apartment is in very good condition and fully equipped. This apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet, separate toilet, a laundry and drying room and a large living room including terrace overlooking the lake. 

Downstairs you will find two bedrooms,  the bathroom and a separate room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs is the spacious kitchen, sitting room, an extra toilet and terrace. You will also find the fold-out bed for 2 people upstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped and also contains a microwave and oven. The spacious living room has two comfortable sofas where you can also receive your favorite programs via a satellite TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.

In the first bedroom you will find a spacious double bed, in the other bedroom two separate 1-person beds. Upstairs is a very comfortable pull-out bed for 2 people.

On the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Como.

There is a free parking space at the apartment, it should be mentioned that this is a place that can be reached via a somewhat narrower passage where in principle any car would fit.
Further parking is available nearby as well as a charging station further down the village.

Linen is included in the price, as well as a towel package and final cleaning.

Things to do nearby:

Acquaseria is a small village with some cozy restaurants and bars, a small neighborhood supermarket and a wine shop. All this just tens of meters away. There is also a public beach with a waterfall and picnic tables and barbecues that can be used. 

The pretty town of Menaggio is only a 5 minute drive away. There is a beautiful golf course, a Lido (public swimming pool overlooking the lake) and several shops, bars and restaurants.
The various ferries depart from Menaggio to Belaggio, Varenna and Como, among others. These charming towns are definitely worth a visit! 

Lake Como is ideal for various water sports. There are also several beautiful routes for cyclists and hikers. Nearby there are plenty of waterfalls, caves, parks, museums and castles. 

In Porlezza (15 minutes' drive) you can use a public swimming pool at Sportcamping International. This pool has several slides and a restaurant. There are also several large supermarkets and shops in Porlezza. 

Skiing opportunities are about 1 hour's drive away, such as Valchiavenna (3000 meters) and St. Moritz (3300 meters).
