Enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Como from this attractively furnished holiday home in the charming village of Pianello del Lario. With a spacious terrace with pergola, an enclosed garden and a quiet location, this is the perfect place to completely unwind.
The house
The house is warm and stylishly furnished and offers all the comforts for six people. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds) and two bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine and dryer. From every room you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake.
Rustig and securely located
The property is part of a small gated community of only 12 houses. Because our house is the most secluded within the complex, it is wonderfully quiet. The fenced garden offers privacy and dogs are very welcome.
Parking and accessibility
Through the garage — with one fixed parking space — you can comfortably reach the house via an elevator. Next to the house there is also a free extra parking space available for a second car.
Swimming pool and facilities
Guests make use of the communal swimming pool, available in mid and high season. A supermarket is a five-minute walk away, and the beach is literally around the corner.
Activity setting
The area offers everything for an active holiday: sailboat and motorboat rental, surf and kiteboarding lessons, e-bike rental, a climbing park and much more. Along the lake is a beautiful hiking trail that starts at Cremia, two kilometers south of Pianello, and extends over the entire north shore. On the water you will find several restaurants, cafes and cozy terraces — all within walking distance.
Why the north of Lake Como?
The northern part of the lake was deliberately chosen for its tranquility. Here, the busy main road disappears into a tunnel, so that the traffic is hardly noticeable. On the south side of the lake it is significantly busier. In addition, a scenic hiking trail runs along the entire north shore right on the water — ideal for a morning stroll or a quiet evening stroll after dinner.
