Beautiful holiday home with a large terrace and garden with a great view of Lake Como. 3 Bedrooms (6 persons). 5 minutes walk to the small village of Pianello del Lario. The house is carefully decorated in a warm style. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two bathrooms and three bedrooms (two with double beds, one room with two single beds). The house has a large terrace with pergola and a garden. Thanks to its location, each room has a beautiful view of Lake Como. The house is part of a gated community of 10 houses. Our house is the last house, a little higher on the hill, which makes it very quiet. There is a communal swimming pool (high and mid season). From the garage (where we have 1 parking space) you can go directly to the house via an elevator. The house is located in the village just 3 minutes from a grocery store and just a 5-minute walk from the beach. You can enjoy a relaxing holiday. There are also many places for activities nearby, such as sailboat rental, motorboat rental, surfboard rental, kiteboard rental, e-bike rental, etc. A 5 km walking path runs along the lake. There are five waterfront restaurants and 4 bars for a cappuccino or an evening drink, all within walking distance.
