From no less than two balconies you can enjoy an unobstructed and beautiful view over the beautiful Lake Lugano.
The apartment has been recently renovated and has a new bathroom and new floors. Thanks to its practical layout with two separate bedrooms, it is ideal for families, two couples or a stay with friends.
Cozy living room & complete kitchen
The cozy living room, together with the open kitchen, forms the heart of the apartment. There is a comfortable double sofa bed and a round dining table with 6 chairs. The apartment has WiFi and TV and thanks to the air treatment (hot/cold) renewed in 2026, it is pleasant to stay here in both summer and winter.

Two comfortable bedrooms
The bedroom with balcony has a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. Air treatment (hot/cold) is also available here. The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table and a large wardrobe.
Luxurious, new bathroom
The recently renovated bathroom is practical and spacious. In the vestibule you will find a double sink (incl. hair dryer). Through a sliding door you reach the toilet and the spacious walk-in shower with both a rain shower and hand shower.
Two balconies with fantastic views
One of the absolute pluses of the apartment are the two balconies, adjacent to the living room and bedroom. Here your holiday day begins and ends with an ever-changing breathtaking, unobstructed view of Lake Lugano. A wonderful place to drink coffee in the morning or enjoy the setting sun in the evening.

The center of Porlezza can be reached within 10 minutes via a walk along the beautiful lakeside promenade. There are various shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets here. The weekly market takes place every Saturday.
Lake Piano is about 3 kilometers away in a beautiful nature reserve. This lake can be reached via a nice walk from the apartment.
Nearby are several very authentic and characteristic mountain peaks, definitely worth a visit and a walk. Together with the villages located on the lake, these are the "Valsolda villages". These villages also have a lot of atmosphere and are worth a visit
Menaggio on Lake Como is only 12 kilometers away. Take the boat here and visit Varenna, Bellagio and many other nice places on the lake. Switzerland and Italy within easy reach to visit the cities of Lugano (15 km), Como (40 km) and Milan (85 km).
For golf enthusiasts, there are several golf courses in the immediate vicinity, including Menaggio, Lanzo d'Intelvi, Lugano and Como.
The region is also attractive in winter. Winter sports enthusiasts can visit St. Moritz (Switzerland) and Madesimo (Italy), among others.
