Our holiday home is located in one of the most beautiful locations in the Jasri 1 bungalow park, close to the village of Jasri, in the province of Karangasem/East Bali. In the morning you can watch the sun rise from your bed, hear the birds chirping and hear the tokkee call.
The house offers a lot of privacy due to the unobstructed view of nature, both front and rear. The sides are overgrown with beautiful plants. At the front you look out on a garden where pandang leaves and banana trees grow. Kangkung and bananas are grown behind the house. You can see and hear the surf of the sea between the vegetation.
The house consists of a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom / toilet, a front back terrace and a swimming pool of 5x2.5x1.50 and outdoor shower. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and all rooms have a ceiling fan.

We are Pieta (photo) and Michel. Before we bought the holiday home, we often came to Indonesia with Bali as a resting point and base to visit other islands of Indonesia. We love being on Jasri, because it is not yet touristy, like for example in Kuta.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental price is based on a stay of 2 people. For each 3rd and 4th person, an additional charge of 10 euros per person per night will be charged. The rental price includes, electricity, gas, water, tourist tax, daily cleaning, final cleaning, wifi (5G) use of linen and registration with the police. On arrival, 1x a large gallon of drinking water is ready. The rental price does not include the deposit of 100 euros.

Explanation of the prices

MINIMUM STAY 3 NIGHTS. For stays of 1 month or more, we give a discount of 5% on the rental price.

ARRIVAL/ check in at 12.00 DEPARTURE/check out at 12.00

Payment:
Deposit > 30% of the total travel sum within 1 week after booking.
Remaining payment > 70% of the total travel sum no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
Payments by bank transfer.

Cancellation:
- 60 days before arrival 75% of the total sum returned;
- between 60-30 days before arrival 50% of the total sum returned;
- between 30-21 days before arrival 25% return;
- No refunds are possible within 21 days of arrival.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

Rent a scooter or go with Anom, the best driver of Jasri, and explore the area, such as the water palace in Ujung and Tirtatangga (see photo) and the lesser-known Puri Agung Karangasem. This last water palace has a connection with the Netherlands. In the Maskerdam building, which is a reference to Amsterdam, there are still tables and chairs, which were donated to the sultan by Queen Wilhelmina at the time. Take a drive inland towards the beautiful Sideman (see photo rice terrace) and a walk along the beach of Jasri towards the soap and chocolate factory. About 10 minutes from Jasri is Pasir Putih or White Sand Beach. There are many food stalls on the beach, where you can eat fresh fish. You can also rent a boat from one of the local fishermen, who will take you to the beach and pick you up. On weekends there is live music in the Biker Cafe. Further activities in the area are: Snorkelling, Diving in Ahmed, Walking / Trekking through the rice fields Surfing, Cycling, discovering East Bali on a scooter on quiet roads through the beautiful surroundings.
