Bali Villa Dunia Seni is located in Bukti about 95 kilometers north of Ngurah Rai International Airport on the north coast of Bali; about 15 kilometers east of Singaraja.

This modern villa (built in 2009) has an area of approx. 450 m² (including the terrace) and is located on a plot of land of 1650 m². In addition, there is a covered gate (with access to the beach) and a carport. The villa features a living room, fully equipped modern kitchen, 5 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and a massage room, which can easily be converted into a bedroom. These rooms open onto a large, open terrace with a swimming pool overlooking the sea. All rooms are air-conditioned.

The living room has a stereo system, a CD/DVD player and a television (no satellite connection). CDs/DVDs are available. Wireless internet and the use of a laptop are available. For your valuables there is a safe. Villa Dunia Seni is suitable for max. 12 people (10 adults and 2 children), so suitable for both families and groups. You will never have to share the villa with people outside of your own company. Enjoy the authentic atmosphere, privacy, peace and quiet of the northern part of this beautiful island. Our dedicated and friendly staff will ensure that you have an unforgettable holiday.

The staff consists of 4 full time English speaking Balinese and additional staff can be hired for larger groups. In addition, there is also the possibility to hire a private driver. He will agree on a price with you in advance. The driver is also the supervisor of the villa and he is there to solve your questions and problems. Everyone does their best to make it as pleasant as possible for you and always with a smile. The servants take care of the cooking and housekeeping for you. They will prepare delicious Balinese dishes for you. They also do the household chores, such as daily cleaning of the villa. Fresh towels and bed linen are included and will be changed regularly. They will also take care of your laundry and ironing. The gardener takes care of the pool, the garden, waters the plants and also does small jobs. The security guard will take care of the security of you and the villa. He works from 19.00 to 6.00 in the morning.

Before you drive to the villa, the driver will take you to the Carrefour (recommended) or the Makro (2 large supermarkets in Kuta) to do your shopping. It is recommended to buy meat, fish, vegetables, fruit and bread. The groceries are at your own expense.

* The driver will bring 2 large ice boxes to keep the wares cool during the drive to the villa. (Don't forget to stock up on ice cream at the grocery store).
* The villa has a large freezer and refrigerator.
* It is not necessary to stock up on a lot of water. There is a large water cooler in the villa.
* In Singaraja (about 15 km from the villa) there are also supermarkets (including the Carrefour and Hardy's). The choice and quality in these stores are inferior to those of the supermarkets in Kuta.
* Groceries can be paid for in cash, Mastercard or Visa.
* It is also possible to buy fresh fish from the local fishermen in the North. Preferably let the cook know 1 day in advance and she will take care of the purchase.
* In addition to meals in the villa, you can also eat out. There are good restaurants in Lovina (about 25 km from the villa). There are also takeaway restaurants near the villa.
