Our villa is conveniently located just 800m, a 10 minute walk, from the dolphin statue in the center of Lovina. Here you will find everything you need - beautiful beaches, various restaurants, shops, lively clubs and relaxing spas - within easy reach. We can't wait to share our piece of paradise with you.

The Villa: Set on a spacious plot of 600 m² with a built area of 229.19 m², Villa De Mandala is your private retreat. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a lush garden that offers stunning views and immediately sets the tone for a relaxing stay.

Accommodations:
The villa features three well-appointed bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed (180×200) and air conditioning for your comfort. All bedrooms are en-suite, equipped with luxurious rain showers that provide both hot and cold water.

Living space: The living room is your cozy indoor retreat, complete with a smart TV for entertainment. Adjacent to the living room is the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, oven and coffee machine for the perfect cup of coffee made from fresh coffee beans.

Outdoor Amenities: Step outside onto a spacious porch with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and nearby farm fields. Here you'll find a comfortable lounge area, perfect for relaxing while admiring the garden or watching your favorite shows on another smart television. There is also an outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy meals with beautiful décor in the background.

For those who like to cook and entertain guests, the villa features an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and minibar. Enjoy your favorite drinks while admiring the beautiful scenery.
Take a refreshing dip in the pool, which offers serene views of the farmer's fields and mountains, or relax by the poolside and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. For added convenience, there is also an outdoor guest bathroom with toilet and shower.

We are Suzanne & Agus. We met in Bali in 2011 and have been living together in the Netherlands since 2013. We fell in love with this villa that we would like to share with you.
We also like to come to Bali for family and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We hope to offer you this experience as well, with a relaxing time in the villa.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Long-term rental is possible, prices can then be negotiated.

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant does not receive a rental period until the
