The Master bedroom is located on the ground floor, the other 2 rooms are on the 1st floor.

Enjoy the peace and quiet here and take trips from this location as you wish in Bali. On request, a driver with car can also be arranged who can pick up / bring guests from the airport but also take guests around the highlights of Bali if desired.
Laundry at a about 150 meters.

Villa is rented incl staff who clean the pool and house 2 times a week.
There is wifi in the villa, there is also a smart TV in the living room and master bedroom.
Kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, water dispenser and microwave, so fully equipped.

This house has recently been completely renovated. Living room and bedrooms are all equipped with their own air conditioning system. Bathrooms also have running hot water. Care has been taken to ensure a comfortable interior so this will be the ideal place to relax but also to visit nice locations in Bali.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit is 30% of the total rent. The remaining rental amount must be paid 90 days before the start of the stay. If booking is booked less than 90 days before the start of the stay, the total rental price must be paid immediately.
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
- In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
- If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
