On the east coast of Bali lies the town of Jasri between Candidasa and Amlapura.
Our house is located 150 meters from the sea, in a small resort of about 25 bungalows.

The bungalow has a large veranda with dining table and lounge chairs, where you can spend the whole day and where you can enjoy the beautiful garden with its many waterfalls and pond. We have 2 bedrooms with both a double bed. Both rooms have air conditioning and fan. The living room and kitchen are very spacious (and also equipped with fan) and we not only have a bathroom inside (with sink, shower and toilet) but also a large outside bathroom with sink and corner bath with rain shower (2 persons, where you also during the day cool down when it gets too hot).
You will be spoiled by our girl who prepares your breakfast and lunch or dinner. She also does the shopping for the food for you (own costs). Drinks can be picked up in the nearby supermarket. She also keeps the bungalow clean for you. The gardener takes care of the garden. Our driver wants to show you the environment. He has various suggestions for excursions.
Electricity, water are included. We ask a small contribution for the salary of the girl.

The beach 150 meters away has black lava sand, but 10 minutes away
is a beautiful white beach, the Pasir Putih, where you can sunbathe, swim and snorkel, but where you can also eat delicious at the various warungs.

We have bikes, so you can go cycling!

In our house you will relax and enjoy the original Bali and the local population.

We have been the Dutch owners of Rumah SyAn for 16 years. All the while we enjoy our bungalow in one of the most beautiful places in Bali and would like to share this with you.
From the veranda you can enjoy the garden with waterfalls and a pond in the lazy chairs, but also the flowers, butterflies and birds. The garden is beautifully maintained every day by our gardener.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Your stay is based on accommodation with 2 people. The 3rd and 4th person pay € 10.50 pppd extra.
The girl does the shopping for your breakfast and lunch or dinner. You pay the costs of the groceries yourself.
The girl works every morning from about 08.30 to 12.00 hours. On Sundays she has her day off.

Deposit: 30%
Balance payment: 8 weeks before departure
Deposit: euro 150.00 (with deposit)
