The villa belongs to 2 other villas in the area under the management of Putu, the guest manager, who is also your contact person for all household matters and regarding transport and trips in the area.

In addition to breakfast for a small fee, you can cook in the villa or arrange a bbq in the garden. You can rent a moped to explore the area, you will undoubtedly experience a ceremony and enjoy the authentic Bali, away from the busy touristic south and Lovina. There are plenty of excellent restaurants in the area. You can learn to dive, enjoy the massages in one of the spas or in the villa itself and, above all, relax.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices are up to 4 people, above that a surcharge of €20 p.p.p.n.

Prices include all taxes and cleaning

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
