We bought this bungalow for our retirement to enjoy this unspoiled environment.
Away from the huge hustle and bustle of Kuta and its surroundings.
Unfortunately, the pension is still a few years away, and therefore you get the chance to rent it.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation policy in writing by the tenant.

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
