If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this
to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of
written cancellation by the tenant:
- cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
- cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
There is of course an exception. In the event of death in primary care, we make an exception, but it must be demonstrable.
:If for whatever reason the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must
always be confirmed in writing or by email
to the landlord
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
We do not owe tourist tax, parking is free in front of our house or in the garage. (1 car) We have a camping bed and high chair, as well as a bed rail for small children so that they do not roll out of the (bunk) bed.
